Hosting a sold out night of Brunello di Montalcino!

As this picture might give away, I think I was probably more excited than our guests about this one!

Last night we tasted our way through world renouned producers to include Sesti, Il Paradiso di Frassina Carpineto and the almighty Frescobaldi with x2 of these from 2016, one of the best vintages Montalcino has ever seen.

All paired with Italian artisan cheeses to include Raschera, Pecorino Sardo and Riserva del Fondatore 🧀

As always the stunning @maxiriedel wine glasses were out in full swing 🍷

Natalia the owner of @primitivoclub also treated our guests to a welcome glass of Franciacorta La Montina Saten (Italy’s answer to champagne, with Saten having to be aged 24 months on its lees)

A magical night shared with lovely guests and lots of Italian passion… we are now getting ready for round 4 which is all about the Amarone! Info coming soon…
